As a child, you may have been cautioned by your parents or others to be careful of the company you keep. Indeed, others can have a powerful influence on you, for better or worse. The apostle Paul warned the Corinthians about the effects of keeping bad company (1 Corinthians 15:33). The best way to avoid that outcome is to let God choose your companions. Ask Him to bring godly influencers into your life so that their good behavior rubs off on you.
