Chances are, you were told as a child to “watch your mouth.” That warning meant more than you could possibly have known. After all, the Bible warns us that words matter (Matthew 12:36-37). God spoke the world into existence with His words. You can just as easily bring it down with your own. Know when to keep your mouth shut (Proverbs 10:19).
