When we watch news footage of planes landing in bad weather, we admire the skill of the pilot in navigating less than optimal conditions. Maybe you’ve experienced a rough flight yourself, literally or figuratively. After all, life is full of rough landings: unemployment, divorce or separation, ill health. But we don’t have to pilot ourselves through it. Although a popular expression tells us that God is our co-pilot, He’s really more than that. In fact, He is the pilot (Psalm 91). He’ll land you safely.
